Tender description

Roseberry Park Hospital is an NHS hospital in Middlesbrough specialising in the provision of mental health services and children’s learning disabilities services. The hospital is made up of a number of self-contained ward units, clustered around closed landscaped courtyards, other non-clinical buildings, a ‘plaza’ and car parks. The Trust requires the provision of a comprehensive car parking and security management service. The security management service will be provided to the external of the facilities and to the adult mental health central support facilities. The car park management service will provide a secure and safe car park environment for patients, staff and visitors to the Hospital. The procurement process will be a 2-stage process to appoint a single provider, as follows: Stage 1: Pre-qualification — applicants wishing to participate in the competition should complete and return the selection questionnaire (SQ). The SQ will be available from Alison.mee@mottmac.com and Jacqueline.a.penn@mottmac.com The Trust will pre-qualify and then select applicants for the services, based on their responses to the SQ to proceed to Stage 2. Stage 2: The ITT — the Trust will issue an invitation to submit tenders to selected applicants. The Trust will assess bids and select the most economically advantageous tender, based on evaluation criteria set out in the ITT.
