Tender description

Forestry and land Scotland (FLS) have a network of forest roads critical to supporting all access which enable the management of the estate. There is a requirement to build and upgrade roads to ensure delivery of the business objectives. The tender is intended to be for a multi-lot, multi supplier framework agreement covering the services of: — earthworks and formation, — pavement construction, — grading, — vegetation removal, — roadside ditching, — pipe and sump installation, — installation of culverts, — construction of passing places and turning heads, — quarrying (drill/break/blast/crush) from FLS source, — supply of appropriate materials, — road maintenance is no longer included in this framework exercise.
