Riverside Park Project Landscape Architect Requirement

Tender description

Worcester City Council invited Quotes from Architects, which could be a team of individuals or single person, to undertake landscape design and specification work relating to the public realm and wildlife habitat improvements to an area identified as Worcester Riverside Park in support of its ambition to achieve Green Flag Award status. The Architect will be required to work with Worcester City Council, partners, stakeholders and neighbouring land owners. The Architect will design various concepts based on identified priorities to achieve Green Flag Award status. The Architect will provide materials for the Council to consult with stakeholders and following feedback, prepare a specification on the chosen elements, to include bill of quantities and estimated costs, in support of a report to Committee in February to sign off a subsequent works tender in April 2019.
