Request for Tender for PR and Corporate Communications Services

Tender description

The main objective of this RFT is to engage a strategic public relations partner to strengthen Skillnet Ireland’s identity and positioning as the national business support agency for workforce development. This partner will engage with Skillnet Ireland to develop a public relations strategy and plan that aligns to, and delivers upon, the Skillnet Ireland Statement of Strategy 2020-2024 (due to be published in early 2020). The duration of the contract is for 2 years, commencing 1 February 2020. The contract will include the possibility to extend for another year, subject to the performance of the selected service provider. The contract may be extended to incorporate additional public relations and corporate communications services depending on the requirements of the organisation, the performance of the successful service provider and the availability of funding.
