Transport for London will be issuing a market sounding questionnaire (MSQ) for this procurement. The MSQ allows TfL to engage with the market to help gather information to be built into the upcoming specifications for this procurement. This gives potential service providers the opportunity to offer suggestions that may tailor the procurement more favourably to the current capability and capacity of the market.
