The appointed consultants can expect to be requested to provide services for a range of projects including: — alterations, installations, reconfiguration, re-positioning and refurbishment associated with new occupation and upgrade of facilities, — adaptations and extensions of existing buildings, — maintenance works, — new build works (including demolition of existing buildings). The University is seeking to appoint a ranked framework with 2 x suppliers.
