Q Medicla Consignment Stock Agreement (for All Sites)

Tender description

The Agreement Subject to the terms of this agreement, the Consignor shall supply the Consignee with the items as detailed in this agreement, in the quantities specified in Appendix 2. Such items are to be held by the Consignee as consignment stock. When consignment stock is used by the Consignee, the relevant items shall be deemed to have been sold by the Consignor to the Consignee and the Consignee shall be obliged to raise a purchase order to cover the same. For the avoidance of doubt, no minimum level of guaranteed volume is specified or agreed under this agreement. The term of this agreement shall be 12 months from the effective date specified above and can be extended thereafter by prior written agreement with all parties.
