Tender description
PHE is seeking to purchase a real time PCR unit with capability to use a portfolio of assays to characterise cell lines. This will also be used for the development of new and improved assays for the detection of Mycoplasma (a serious contaminant of cell cultures) and also to detect the presence of adventitious viruses.
