This prior information notice is to signal an intention to commence market engagement with those within the design and print market. Please contact procurement@guinness.org.uk for a copy of the soft market testing brief including requirements. We would be grateful for any information you are willing to share with us to be sent via email to procurement@guinness.org.uk by 28.2.2020. We are looking for a partner or partners with experience of providing large volume customised print communications to fixed deadlines. This opportunity is ideally suited to a supplier who understands the housing sector and our customer base. We want to improve the output to customers through: — providing customised printed communications including graphics, — a format and style that balances the complexity in the service charge process but is easy to understand and conveys the right level of information to our customers, — an increased level of granularity reflecting where costs are incurred, specific requirements per customer group and other notices only relevant to customers meeting specific criteria, — the ability to complete, print and issue specific forms in the format requested by the regulator of social housing, — print communications which reflect different legal entities within the organisation, — improving efficiencies in statement preparation through automatic population of customer information, — a product that is aligned to our brand and customer service style. Guinness is looking to secure a creative agency to provide us with customisable and accurate communications to our customers, but we want to understand the market more before we formally commence any procurement process. We may invite you to discuss your offering face to face if we feel necessary. If Guinness proceeds with face-to-face meetings as part of this market engagement process, those meetings will be held in Oldham. Dates are to be confirmed but expected to be the early part of March 2020. The information will only be used by Guinness colleagues involved in this procurement process and will not be shared with any third party. Agencies will not be tied to any information they supply; the procurement process will be separate to this RFI.
