Tender description

Galway County Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Plumbing Contractors for the provision of service, maintenance, installations and repairs of heating & mechanical systems in properties owned by Galway County Council. These heating and mechanical systems are in Galway County Council offices, libraries, fire service departments and housing units throughout the County. It is the intention of Galway County Council to develop four Panels of suitably qualified and experienced Plumbing Contractors for each of the Areas also referred to as LOTS (see map). Lot 4 is somewhat different as this Lot is specific to Gas heating systems and is County wide. Each LOT will have a maximum Panel of five Plumbing Contractors. The most economically advantageous tender (MEAT) for each Lot will be placed at the top that relevant Panel.
