Tender description

Roseberry Park Hospital is an NHS hospital in Middlesbrough specialising in the provision of mental health services, and children’s learning disabilities services. The hospital is made up of a number of self-contained ward units, clustered around closed landscaped courtyards, other non-clinical buildings, a ‘plaza’ and car parks. The Trust requires the provision of a comprehensive grounds and gardens maintenance service for this site in order to maintain an aesthetically pleasing landscape that is complementary to the Trust and the local environment throughout the year. The procurement process will be a 2-stage process to appoint a single provider, as follows: Stage 1: Pre-qualification — applicants wishing to participate in the competition should complete and return the selection questionnaire (SQ). The SQ will be available from Alison.mee@mottmac.com and Jacqueline.a.penn@mottmac.com. The Trust will pre-qualify, and then select applicants for the services, based on their responses to the SQ to proceed to Stage 2. Stage 2: The ITT — The Trust will issue an invitation to submit tenders to selected applicants. The Trust will assess bids and select the most economically advantageous tender, based on evaluation criteria set out in the ITT.
