Tender description

Orbit is looking to procure a financial capability support service from a high quality provider that will deliver a service that is demonstrably focused around the needs of Orbit customers. Orbit currently provides access to specialist money advice to around 1000 customers (tenants). We have a commissioned national partnership with a debt advice provider so customers can access crisis debt management through telephone, online and web chat support independently over the phone or online. We also currently have a commissioned national partnership which supports customers to improve their financial well being and increase their income. The contract expires March 2020. This tender is to recommission this service. Additionally, Orbit provides tenancy coaching for customers that have been identified to have a particular vulnerability.
