Tender description

Design, supply of materials, manufacture, test and delivery of one capillary X-ray mirror for the Diamond beamline I05 – ARPES (angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy). Design, supply of materials, manufacture, test and delivery of one capillary X-ray mirror for the Diamond beamline I05 – ARPES (angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy). The supplier shall be required to manufacture the mirror and deposit platinum coating. The optic will be installed at DLS on a remotely controlled positioning system and operated under ultra high vacuum (UHV) conditions. The optic is to be UHV compatible. One (1) ellipsoidal glass capillary mirror with platinum (Pt) coating on internal optical surface. The optic elements are to be cleaned and conditioned for use in ultra-high vacuum and to be supplied in a state ready for immediate installation on to the Beamline.
