Tender description
We require the consultant to create a plan for the implementation of the stakeholder survey, in liaison with the team at ORR. The plan will need to set out a proposed approach in respect of all the key considerations discussed and demonstrate an understanding of Network Rail's stakeholder community and the wider rail industry.
