Tender description

Clanmil Housing Association Ltd (Clanmil) is inviting Contractors to carry out the design and build of social housing in an existing building at 50-52 Waterloo Street L’Derry, BT48 6HF as marked on the location map and folio maps included in the Appendices. The Contractor is to take possession of the building, ground floor and all upper floors and be fully responsible until completion. The Contractor is required to comply with the details set out in these Employer’s Requirements. The scheme already has Planning Permission. Arrangements to view the building during the tender period can be made by contacting Clanmil Housing Association.
