Tender description
The Council set up a Property Investment Fund in 2017 to enable income-producing assets to be acquired in order to support existing budgets. The Council requires the continuing appointment of a consultant to introduce and advise on available opportunities within the market place, which meet Council investment parameters. Value of contract will be variable depending on value of investments acquired.
