Tender description
The National Physical Laboratory [NPL] is currently upgrading its primary frequency standards capability and requires an ultra-low noise microwave source to assure consistent operation of the standards with best possible short-term stability. The technology of choice to generate the ultra-stable microwave signal is the cryogenic sapphire oscillator (CSO). The scope of this procurement is for a complete cryo-cooled Oscillator System. Qty 1.
