Bids were requested on a standalone basis for each of the Forces. Each quote for each authority within SWP must be valid as standalone quote. Each lot would be awarded to one single insurer. Each force will have an individual insurance contract, as SWP does not intend to pool risks as a consortium. Therefore, each member force’s claims history and risk management will affect their premium rather than the group’s premiums.
