Tender description

Cafcass intends to re-procure their commissioned service for use in private law family court proceedings in support of families experiencing divorce and separation and is seeking feedback from interested suppliers and stakeholders before undertaking a tender process to have a new delivery model to replace current CCI (Child Contact Intervention) arrangements by April 2021. We are also seeking feedback on subsequent phases which are: — a new delivery model in place of the existing SPIP (Separated Parent Information Programme) arrangements in by April 2022, — a new delivery model for DAPP (Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Programme) contracts in place by October 2022. A new delivery model to replace current CCI (Child Contact Intervention) arrangements by April 2021 This model will be divided into geographical areas covering England.
