GB-london: Returners Campaign - Delivery of the ICT/Digital returners programme

Tender description

We are looking for a supplier to work in partnership with us to deliver the following activity: 1.Delivery of the ICT/Digital returners programme - including attraction, selection, training (including on-line resources and modules), supervision and coaching. 2.Use of the best practice and principles adopted and lessons learnt by other successful returner programmes. 3.Support a returner network/membership/reach to 'get the council employers ready'. This will include publicity via LGA communication channels to ICT leaders who are potential employers of these 'returners'. 4.Provide a flexible and modular approach to learning for candidates with different levels of experience in ICT (e.g. entry level to senior level) This may result in two separate cohorts to cater for returners with varying experience and knowledge.
