Tender description

The Galway Harbour Company (GHC) wishes to establish a multi-party framework agreement for the provision of legal services, including advice and representation, in the Commercial and General area related to its operations. The estimated annual expenditure on legal services is approximately €30,000 per annum. This figure is provided for information purposes only and no guarantee can be given as to the volume of work to be awarded during the life of the framework agreement. GHC wishes to have access to legal expertise and representation, as set out below. Commercial and General Operations This comprises the provision of legal advice and services relating to: • Contracts, Concessions & Licenses. • Property Law & Leasing, with particular emphasis on Reversionary Leases and the impact of Landlord and Tenant Law as applicable to the Irish Ports Sector. • Property Conveyancing. • Litigation.
