During 2020, YPO are looking at procuring a framework for fitness equipment for use in the educational and public environments. Lot 1: Fitness equipment (potential single product supply on a national basis) YPO are looking to appoint a provider to supply fitness equipment to educational (schools and further education establishments) and public sector organisations (health centres, public sector offices and emergency services). Types of larger fitness equipment to include, but not limited to: — exercise bike, — rowing machine, — running machine, — cross trainer, — weight benches and associated equipment, — leg press, — shoulder press, — associated weights and accessories. Lot 1 would enable the customer to order individual items on delivery and installation (where required) basis. Please state if interested in the forthcoming tender and if you also have the capability to provide refurbished/remanufactured products on a direct delivery basis nationwide. A selection of these products will potentially be featured within the YPO 2020 catalogues for direct purchase. Lot 2: Fitness equipment (full fitout and installation on a national basis) YPO are looking to appoint a provider to supply fitness equipment to educational (schools and further education establishments) and public sector organisations (health centres, public sector offices and emergency services). Potential providers awarded onto the framework would work with customers in assisting procuring multiple fitness products and accessories from their range to assist in their new gym installations or existing gym upgrades. Successful providers would be required to offer a full nationwide consultation and design service as well as full installation and maintenance provision. Lot 2 would be the provision of multiple products and potentially incorporating a turnkey fitness suite solution.
