Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council (‘The Council‘) invite detailed proposals for a community wealth builder. The aims of CWB programme is to deliver a local economic growth approach, framed around the co-operative values of self-help, participation, social responsibility and democratic accountability. Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council (‘The Council’) is conducting this procurement process via ProContract to appoint a suitably qualified, experienced and innovative organisation who can demonstrate their ability to work with the Council. We are looking for a provider to design and deliver a range of activities to engage and promoting entrepreneurship, by providing support to individuals with ambitions to grow and develop their existing social enterprises or start new ones.
