The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) is seeking to appoint highly experienced multi-disciplinary consultants to undertake comprehensive feasibility studies, design, specify and deliver innovative refurbishment solutions on the Lancaster West Estate. To participate in this tender, please refer to the tender pack available at www.capitalesourcing.com The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Housing management team are now looking to appoint highly experienced and qualified multi-disciplinary consultancy services to provide consultancy support to the Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team and its residents by way of comprehensive feasibility studies, design, specify and deliver innovative refurbishment solutions on the Lancaster West Estate. The scope of the services required are to be delivered under 6 separate contracts: Lot 1: LWE The Walkways; Lot 2: LWE East Side; Lot 3: LWE Morland and Talbot Houses; Lot 4: LWE Treadgold House; Lot 5: LWE Camborne Mews; Lot 6: LWE Verity Close.
