Athlone LTC Infrastructure Project Phase 1a

Tender description

Proposed construction of 4 Tennis courts, court fencing, kerbing, site perimeter fencing, all weather court carpets for 4 courts, paving and associated groundworks marked within phase 1a. Court Lighting (600 Lux PPA) for 4 courts and service provision for later connection of all other courts and all associated works. Include for netting between courts. Further courts will be constructed in future in position as shown. This tender does not include works to the clubhouse. Allow for all paving within Phase 1a area to be completed as shown.
