Tender description

The National Procurement Services (NPS) is seeking to appoint a single media buying service provider, who can provide a wide range of high quality media planning and buying services that offer customers value for money and added value in the services being provided. The National Procurement Service, wishes to establish a framework agreement for the specialist service of media buying, through all media channels. The supplier shall be responsible for the purchasing and placement of routine adverts/notices to be placed by a customer as and when required. The customer may require minimal design input, e.g. simple design of a standard advertising template. The supplier will also be required to provide recruitment advertising to attract a strong and diverse field of applicants.
