To provide a Boroughwide framework for The Provision Of Domiciliary Care for Children and Young People with a Disability Framework which will; carry out the following • provide a short break service in the community, that enhances the wellbeing of children and young people with a disability and offers parents and carers a break from their caring role. • provide a safe and exciting environment for children with complex health needs to be away from their home for a specified period of time. • offer structured sessions and setting objectives and outcomes for each child. • to support parents and carers in encouraging children to enjoy and achieve • to provide 1:1 support to families of children and young people who have a disability, with complex needs To provide competent staff to support children and young people with a disability to access a programme of activities to develop their independent skills Keywords: Domiciliary Care
