19/102 - Client Partner - Water Supply Project (East and Midlands Region)

Tender description

This notice is to inform the market that Irish Water intends to procure Client Partner professional services for the proposed Water Supply Project – East and Midlands Region (WSP). The proposed WSP will deliver infrastructure to supply treated water to sustain Ireland’s Eastern and Midlands Region. The purpose of the Client Partner will be to work with the internal WSP team in an integrated manner to manage the procurement and construction phases of the project. See attachment Appendix 1 ‘Detailed Description’ for more details. To align with the corporate values of Ervia/Irish Water the appointment of the Client Partner will be undertaken in a collaborative manner using the skills and experience of the market. Ervia/Irish Water has looked at a number of different contractual delivery models with regards to the Client Partner and would now like to formally engage with the market commencing with the attached questionnaire. The responses received to the questionnaire will be noted but will not form part of any tender evaluation. Please see attachment Appendix 2 ‘PIN Questionnaire’ for further details. It is requested that suppliers submit their completed questionnaire through the eTenders system by 4th March 2020. Please note that Irish Water intends to hold a market engagement event related to this Client Partner competition in late Q1 2020. Further details in relation to this event will be provided in due course.
