Tender description
Housing First is a method of supporting entrenched rough sleepers, who have complex needs and have not achieved recovery in traditional hostel provision. Housing First offers independent accommodation first, allowing clients to engage with support when they choose. The term ‘Housing First’ comes from this aspect of the model, which Hackney Borough Council intend to adopt. London Borough of Hackney sought tenders from suitably experienced and qualified providers for the provision of Housing First services in accordance with the service specification which was published within the invitation to tender (ITT). A contract was awarded to the successful bidder for the period of 3 years, under a 1 + 1 + 1 arrangement from the date specified within this notice.
