Tender description
Galway City Council proposes to award a Framework Agreement for FOUR years to supply Crowd Control Barriers that may be required. Galway City Council reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time if the delivery of the supply is not being provided to an acceptable level. Galway City Council also reserves the right to clarify with all or any of the tenderers any aspect of the submission. The Council will appoint only one Service provider. Galway City Council is using the OPEN procedure for the award of this Framework
