Bron Afon Community Housing Ltd ('Bron Afon') is seeking to appoint a suitable qualified, skilled and accredited organisation to undertake roofing replacement and enabling works as well as other general external refurbishment works to twelve (12) two (2) storey blocks in Trevethin, Torfaen. The other external refurbishment works include replacement of fascia’s, soffits, rainwater goods, replacement of some windows including lintels, balcony repairs, render repair, balustrade replacement, replacement of some drainage and waste pipe work and also there are some loft insulation works included.
