Tender description
This contract involves the replacement of natural slate roof lining over the original part of this school These slates have been in place since school opened in 1934. While slates are in remarkably good condition the nails securing them are all corroded ands slates are falling off over recent past. Roof structure was carefully inspected and this is fit for purpose and rafters and joist are in very good condition. Attic is insulated and this will need to be protected.
