Tender description

Statsbygg requests tender for a framework agreement for: Parallel framework agreements for quality assurance management for the Directorate of Public Construction and Property's construction projects. The framework agreement applies for construction projects in Norway. The assignment is further described in point 2 of this tender invitation. The assignments will primarily be located in Oslo. At least 5 parallel framework agreements will be signed based on this competition, as long as the competition provides a basis for this. The Directorate of Public Construction and Property wants to enter into 5 parallel framework agreements to hire in a quality assurance manager for projects. The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will continuously assess the need for quality assurance management in the project portfolio of the Builder Department. Typical work assignments can be: — to develop, maintain and follow-up management systems for quality assurance (QA) in the project, — continually improve inclusive preventative activities and deviation management, — monitoring of the requirement management (compliance with applicable laws related to quality), — courses for and consultancy of QA for the Directorate of Public Construction and Property's project groups, — the project QA, internal and external, — fulfilment and updating of control plans for the directorate of public construction and property's engineering design group, — preparation and revision of governing documents, — facilitation of meetings and experience sharing. The list is not exhaustive and will vary from project to project. The work assignments and competence will be clarified in the individual mini-competitions. During the framework agreement period, the call-offs will be awarded after mini competitions.
