Programme/Events Coordinator for Galway City St. Patrick’s Day Festival 2020 incorporating a Parade. The successful tender will be responsible for - The event Management and Production Services to the 2020 St. Patrick's Parade and Festival, Galway City. (Min. of 40 parade entries required). - Programme Planning - Production Management - Financial Management - The Theme of the Parade is “Sustainability” The Parade start time is 11.30am and to finish at 1.00pm. - Ancillary events to be organised subject to conditions of Event Licence. - Plan, Co-ordinate and carry out all aspects for the Festival & Parade and associated event management, liaising with partners, performers. - • The Programme Events Coordinator will keep an overview of all associated projects in the programme to be agreed with Galway City Council and identify ways to publicly promote these events through local and national media and through a variety of social media outlets.
