Services of surveillance and general support (surveillance, cleaning, handling and porterage services 2020-2021-2022) at the Consulate General of Italy in London. Reference number: 808033468E. Surveillance service of the premises of the Consulate General of Italy, the services will include: surveillance at the entrance through the checking and inspection of people entering the premises and internal patrolling of public reception areas, cleaning service of the premises of the Consulate General of Italy. The services will include: dusting of all offices, emptying of bins, sweeping and washing of floors, cleaning of bathrooms with a check on toilet paper and soap levels and their eventual refill and substitution, with materials provided by the contractor except for toilet paper, hand soap and disposable bin bags; handling and porterage services at the premises of the Consulate General of Italy. The services will be provided on call, in case of necessity with a written request given at least 3 days prior to the date of the service. Services might include, among others, furniture moving or removal, movement of heavy items within the premises.
