National Review of the Higher Diploma in Nursing (L8) & Post Graduate Diploma in Nursing (L9) programmes Sexual Assault Forensic Examination (SAFE) for Nurses and Midwives

Tender description

The Health Service Executive (on behalf of all Publicly Funded Health Agencies) invites tenders from suitably qualified parties to undertake a national independent review of the Higher Diploma in Nursing (level 8) and Post Graduate Diploma in Nursing (level 9) programmes in Sexual Assault Forensic Examination (SAFE) for Nurses and Midwives in the Republic of Ireland. The service provider will be required to interact with relevant personnel from HSE, Rotunda Hospital, and other relevant key agencies in order to complete the review and deliver the report within 7 months of the agreed commencement date. It is envisaged that that commencement date will be no later than early May 2020, unless otherwise agreed, to conclude in November 2020, unless otherwise agreed. Tenderers should note that the maximum available budget is €36,500 (exclusive of VAT) As HSE has a very limited budget available for this review, it seeks to achieve value for money.
