CAF is seeking a cost effective, efficient and innovative service provider for mobiles services to: • Manage the current infrastructure; • Reduce indirect expenditure for the group; • Identify opportunities for ongoing cost savings; • Provide suitable management information reporting; • Establish and maintain agreed service levels; • Provide innovation continual throughout the duration of the contract; • Continually monitor services and address specific needs; and • Provide a suitable billing solution for mobile telecommunications. This RFP invites selected companies to submit proposals to provide mobile phone network for CAF. CAFs current mobile profile is included in this document with further detail provided in the information pack which accompany this document. CAF have successfully deployed a Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform VMware Boxer. We have a mixed estate made up of iPhones, iPads, Bring Your Own Devices “BYOD”.
