This Prior Information Notice (PIN) relates to early market engagement. Anglian Water is currently reviewing options for the establishment of a new collaborative arrangement for the provision of mobile voice services and mobile data services. ‘This Prior Information Notice (PIN) solely relates to early market engagement’. Anglian Water is currently reviewing options for the establishment of a new collaborative arrangement for the provision of mobile voice services and mobile data services. As part of the tender preparation, Anglian Water is running a market engagement exercise and are inviting suitably qualified and experienced suppliers, who may have an interest in providing these kind of services, to complete a questionnaire to assist us in gaining a better understanding of: (a) the feasibility of our requirements, and any factors we can influence to make an opportunity more attractive; (b) the most appropriate approach; (c) market appetite and ability to deliver our requirements; and (d) any possible risks or issues that may not have previously been considered. Detailed and lengthy submissions are not necessary at this stage. Any information provided, in response to this market engagement exercise, marked as commercially sensitive will be treated as such. All responses to be submitted by 12.3.2020, by 12 5pm This PIN has been issued in order to gauge capability and interest in the market to assist in our decision making. This is not a call for competition. There will be no prejudice to any future procurement procedure by participation/non participation in this PIN. The publication of this PIN by Anglian Water Services Ltd is a voluntary publication and does not represent an acknowledgement with regard to the applicability of procurement or other rules governing the potential. Future process, nor a commitment by Anglian Water to initiate, run or complete a full procurement competition in relation to the contract as described. Anglian Water reserves the right not to run any competition for the services.
