<p>Oldham Council is seeking to commission the provision of an Outreach Testing Service and Training provision that supports the asymptomatic targeted testing at scale at significant pace. The service is required as a response to the current COVID-19 pandemic, to contribute to the overarching aim to roll out targeted and repeat asymptomatic testing.
