The ideal agent will be fully prepared to come forward with creative ideas on how to take Loveashford.com to the next level. They will need to suggest new ways to expand the website's current offer and integrate an attractive, user-friendly experience that encourages community engagement and offers useful features to residents, visitors and town centre businesses. The term of the contract will be for 3 years. Tender Evaluation will be 40% experience, 50% response and 10% compliance.
