Tender description

The Health and Social Care in Northern Ireland (HSCNI) are planning to tender for printed promotional products and display stands/boards to be used in promotional campaigns. This will include a wide range of promotional products and stands which print can be added to promote each campaign or event. The print on each product will be bespoke to each particular campaign or event. A market information day will be held on 28.2.2020 to gain a clear understanding of this market, gauge the level of interest and discuss the procurement plan and envisaged timelines in advance of any formal tender process. Venue to be confirmed. Interested suppliers are required to register interest by emailing the address in point 11.2.4) below. To register attendance interested suppliers are required to email Palsarmagh.sourcing@hscni.net by 21.2.2020 providing the following information: 1) Organisation name; 2)Brief description of organisation; 3) Name and title of maximum 2 attendees. Location and time of the market information day will be detailed on confirmation of attendance but likely to be in the Belfast area. Any tender opportunity will be advertised on eTendersNI website.
