ICT19027 Supply of an On-Premise Business Continuity Solution

Tender description

The Council has awarded a call-off contract under the Crown Commercial Services Framework Technology Products 2 (RM3733) Lot 3 Hardware and Software through a Further Competition exercise. An On-Premise Business Continuity Solution for the Council's Data Centres, to include: • Backup, restoration and Failover of server services including databases; • Backup and restoration of File Data; and • Full integration with the existing infrastructure as detailed in Appendix E Technical Infrastructure. The following are within the scope of this procurement: • Provision of hardware to support the proposed Solution; • Provision of software to support the Solution; • Implementation of the Solution, including professional services and training; • 24x7x365 support and maintenance of the hardware and software, including annual health checks; and • Future development opportunities within the scope of this tender to allow the Council to take advantage of any developments in this area of work which may assist in improving operational performance.
