Tender description

There is a requirement to commission a registered service to provide temporary social care accommodation together with personal care for medically optimised individuals, to be delivered on a social care suite sited within a hospital setting. This element of the service will operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, using a flexible person centred approach in a manner that promotes independence. This will ensure the local authority observes both its legal and mandated, duties. This contract is for 12 months, with a possible extension for 12 months.
