Delivery of supported living services that provide safe, effective and personalise prevention and early intervention for users with mental health needs. The service emphasis on supporting the transition for service users who may have had a significant admission to institutional care, focusing on supporting them in the journey towards recovery and independence. This is an accommodation bases service that deliver both high support and step down accommodation for service users. The contractor deliver the services at Heather Lodge (high support) and Glaucus Street (Step Down) buildings
