Tender description
Reading Borough Council wishes to appoint a Future ICT Operating Model design and transition partner with the relevant experience and knowledge to provide advice and support in the design and implementation of its Information and Communication Technology and Digital (ICT) service Model. The council currently has an outsourced ICT service provider, the contract for which, having taken up extensions, is now nearing its end (March 2021).
