Framework for the provision of Equality and Diversity eLearning Software

University College Cork is now requesting tenders for the entire redevelopment of The IUA Equality Network’s existing Living Equality & Diversity e-learning programme (LEAD), as part of a blended approach to generating mainstream staff engagement with equality, diversity, inclusion and human rights issues. The purpose of the LEAD e-learning programme continues to be (1) to raise awareness of how equality, diversity, inclusion and human rights issues permeate organisational culture, and (2) to understand what third level education staff duties are under Irish equality and human rights legislation. The programme also seeks to strengthen relationships, establish mutual respect and build trust throughout the university sector as we communicate and teach in a diverse environment encompassing the ten protected grounds.
