Framework Agreement For Supply and Delivery of Oriented Strand Board for UK Fire Services and their Agents

West Midlands Fire & Rescue Authority are establishing a framework agreement for the Supply & Delivery of Oriented Strand Board for training use over a period of four years. The framework could be accessed by UK Fire & Rescue Services (FRS) and their agents via further competition A directory listing potential FRS customers can be located here: https://www.nationalfirechiefs.org.uk/Fire-and-Rescue-Services The Framework Agreement will also be available for Participating Customers (agents) who are other bodies associated with FRS activities with similar requirements (also any new or successor Agent). Agents may only use the framework for FRS activities. (See ITT for detail). This multi-supplier Framework Agreement will be divided into 12 regional Lots. (see App 4 for Lot info). Economic Operators can bid for one or more lots. Economic Operators should have/be prepared to obtain £5m public, £5 product & £5m employer’s liability & prove their financial stability. OSB must be formaldehyde low or free & be sustainably sourced, refer to tender documents for full detail. The anticipated value of the supply of the framework could be between £0 & £4.5m although the Authority does not guarantee any business. Contract award/start is expected to be December 2019 (subject to contract). Economic Operators who meet the mandatory requirements in the Selection Questionnaire will have their technical questions and pricing evaluated.
