Tender description

Help to Buy Agents perform a vital role in assisting Homes England with its strategic objectives to deliver and provide access to home ownership products (AHO and Help to Buy Equity Loan) to provide a seamless and consistent service to customers. The initial term of this contract will end on 31.3.2021 Homes England (at its sole discretion) may extend the initial term by a further period or periods not exceeding in total a further 3 years. the overall term of this agreement shall not in any event be extended beyond 30.9.2024. Lot 1: Delivery of the low cost home ownership (LCHO) and equity loan funded home ownership products to provide a seamless and consistent service to customers in the North East and North West. Lot 2: delivery of the low cost home ownership (LCHO) and equity loan funded home ownership products to provide a seamless and consistent service to customers in the Midlands, and delivery of equity loan funded home ownership products to provide a seamless and consistent service to customers in London (LCHO will not be part of this contract in London). Lot 3: delivery of the low cost home ownership (LCHO) and equity loan funded home ownership products to provide a seamless and consistent service to customers in South East (excluding London) and South West.
