HealthTrust Europe (HTE) is seeking expressions of interest for pre-market engagement for a framework agreement for the provision of enteral feeds, pumps, consumables and delivery services. It is envisaged that the framework will be accessible by NHS organisations including primary and secondary care providers. To assist in the strategic direction of the procurement and overall solution HTE is seeking supplier engagement. Suppliers should send an expression of interest for the framework agreement to diagnostics@htepg.com by 21.2.2020. Further detail of the supplier engagement proposed is contained within Section II.2.4) below. HealthTrust Europe (HTE) is seeking expressions of interest for pre-market engagement for a framework agreement for the provision of enteral feeds, pumps, consumables and delivery services. It is envisaged that the framework will be accessible by NHS organisations including primary and secondary care providers. To assist in the strategic direction of the procurement and overall solution HTE is seeking supplier engagement. Suppliers should send an expression of interest for the framework agreement to diagnostics@htepg.com by 21.2.2020. HTE shall invite no more than 5 suppliers to pre-market engagement meetings. Suppliers will be invited on a first come, first served basis. These meetings shall be approximately 2 hours in length. The purpose of the pre-market engagement meetings shall be to discuss framework scope, contract structure and provide an opportunity for supplier insight and feedback. Supplier engagement will be carried out in accordance with regulations 40 and 41 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
