Tender description

The services for a complete design team to deliver the design for the window replacement/refurbishment and re-decorations works to the Golden Lane Estate City of London Corporation, is looking to procure a complete design team to deliver the design works for the window replacement/refurbishment and re-decorations works to the Golden Lane Estate. The Golden Lane Estate is Grade 2 listed and Crescent House is Grade 2* listed. The estate was constructed between 1 953 and 1 962 by architects Chamberlin, Powell and Bon, list entry number: 1021941. Because of this listed status we would envisage that the design team would have relevant experience working on reinforced concrete buildings and listed buildings. In addition to experience the design team should ideally have relevant or equivalent qualifications such as conservation accredited by the AABC, RICS, ICE, IStructE, RIBA or RIAS.
